In under 3 minutes you’re going to learn how I went from 0 to 10k with my online business in just 30 days and how you can too.

Let’s dive in!

“I’d love to earn 10k / month”

Over the many years in business and coaching over 130+ clients around the world on how to start and grow their online business, I’ve always came across one thing.

That one thing is their revenue goal.

“I’d love to earn 10k / month with my business”

So in this read today, after doing 6 figures in the online business world, coaching over 130+ clients around the world, investing close to $40,000 in myself, my business and being mentored by 7 millionaires… here’s what I’d do if I started all over again.

How I made my first $10,000 online in just 30 days (And how you can too!)

Now before we begin, I want to let you know that I had a service based business which means I’m selling a service for the dollar amount - to keep things simple.

This is also the easiest business model in the world to start as it requires no start up costs and less than $50 / month to sustain at the beginning stages.

Now that’s out the way, let’s do this.

Step 1:
The first step I took to generating my first 10k month online was to set the intention that 10k cash collected was my goal. I did this so I knew where I was going and that all I needed to do, was to reverse engineer the path to get there.

Step 2:
The second step I took was to identify who I wanted to work with specifically. Now because I have a background in coaching Health & Fitness coaches, it made sense to me to target that market as it’s the space I knew best in relation to how to coach them and what problems they have.

Step 3:
The third step was that I needed to get clear on my offer. An offer which didn’t sound like every other “guru” out there, so instead of telling clients “Hey, I can help you reach your 10k month!!!” just like everyone else, I doubled down on my skillset I knew best and wrapped it around my offer.

My best skillset at the time was the ability to book calls through organic social media strategies like clockwork. There was one time I even booked in 27 calls in under 48 hours… pretty cool huh?

So my new tagline became…

“I help online personal trainers book 20-30 high ticket calls per month using my Full Roster Method”

I charged ÂŁ3000 for a 12 week 1:1 coaching programme (encase you were wondering what I charged back then)

This gave my clients access to:

- A Membership Course Portal
- VIP Community Group / Support Chat
- 1:1 Ă—1 Coaching Call Per Week
- End of Week Check Ins

This wasn’t promising a revenue goal nor was it promising clients, but what it did promise was to help my clients develop the skillsets and knowledge they needed in order to book 20-30 calls per month using nothing but social media.

This would naturally get them clients and high revenue months as a biproduct of my promise.

Step 4:
The next step here was that I needed to identify where my ideal clients congregated on social media.

Now Health & Fitness coaches are on every platform, however where I had the most attention and leverage was on Facebook, so that’s where I focused 99% of my daily attention.

I made it a goal of mine to post on my personal profile, Facebook groups and stories at least 3x per week simply just giving value (solving problems) and letting people get to know me behind the scenes.

A lot of “gurus” post in Facebook groups but I knew if I wanted to stand out, I had to be myself as there’s only one of me. The moral here is to solve problems in your own authentic way. Don’t try to be someone you’re not.

I also made small free offers to get my audience raising their hands twice per week which allowed me to enter into a conversation, followed by a call booking and eventually as a paying client.

An example of a “Free Offer” could be something like:

“I just filmed a 30 min training showing you how to sign your next 5 paying clients online in under 7 days for free, who wants it?”

This is solving a problem in a way that builds trust, credibility, authority and connection AND also gives me the opportunity to see what my market needs most.

Step 5:
Whilst I was posting content, I would set targets to send out between 20-30 friend requests to ideal clients each day. I would manually search “personal trainer”, “fitness coach” and anything else that had a similar title to find my people.

I’d also find people in Facebook groups too.

From here, I sent them a message via Facebook messenger upon accepting my request just letting them know that it’s great to connect, where they were from, what they did for a living, and just got to know them on a personal level first.

Once I had built some rapport, I’d then look at what goals they’d have for their business this year and what they were having problems with specifically.

In order for me to book a “qualified” call, I must identify where they’re currently at in their business, where they want to go and what’s stopping them from closing the gap. Only then, I can feel good about offering the call.

The trick to sending DM’s is to really care about the other person you’re talking to, be genuine, be curious and lead with value. Take the pressure off as it’s just a conversation with another human being.

Step 6:
Now with those who I was messaging, if I felt like I could support them on a deeper level, I’d invite them to a short “Introductory” call where I could get a bit more clarity on them and their business.

If and only if I felt like I could help that person 1000%, I’d offer them a second call where I walk them through my offer and how it could solve their problems.

If we were aligned, I’d make the offer and close the deal.

Step 7:
This step is really just a bonus, but of course throughout the duration of your working relationship with your client, you want to be collecting as many testimonials as you can and share them across all social media channels and those you have an upcoming call with.

Now if you want to go a step further, you can set up a short 5-10 minute interview where you both go LIVE on your social media accounts walking your audience through how NAME went from X to Y inside X time. You can also send this to people you’re speaking with soon also.

Conclusion:
In a short summary here, all I did was identify where I wanted to go (10k) and reverse engineer what I needed to get there.

A 3k offer means I’d only need to sell 4 programmes per month to make that happen.

I then set myself targets of reaching out to 25+ people per day, sending 20-30 friend requests daily and creating content 3x-4x per week.

In the beginning stages of your business, nothing else matters besides booking calls, making offers and closing deals, that’s it.
