Just like that it’s Tuesday…

How has your week gone so far?

Off to a good start?

Let’s talk about the “F” word.

So yesterday, I spoke to a very well established fitness coach who had worked with a TON of high level performers and charges very high luxury prices to work with him 1:1.

Now he was telling me how he wanted to become the no.1 luxury coach in the world, hire this big team and travel the world on his own terms.

Pretty cool right?

Then I asked him…

“Dave, what exactly is stopping you from getting there at the moment?”

He replied back with a few things but I couldn’t help but notice he told me a BIG challenge that he didn’t see in his eyes.

He mentioned that he struggles to focus, but the way he spoke it, he just brushed over it like it was nothing.

He continued to talk about how he wanted to position himself in the marketplace right, create viral content etc.

Now why did I pick up on focus more than anything?

Well you see, tactics and strategy don’t matter if you can’t focus.

If you can’t focus on simple tasks, you don’t really have a chance (Sorry not sorry)

The best Entrepreneurs know that focus is essential to greatness and they practise it everyday.

So if you’re someone right now who just wants more tactics, then begin to look at how well you focus on tasks first and adapt if necessary.

Yes, even the boring tedious tasks need high levels of focus.

If you can’t focus, it’s game over.

So throughout this week, set your intention that no matter what, you will do your absolute best to focus with undivided attention.

Focus really is the superpower for greatness.

I personal have 50 minute work blocks followed by 10 minute breaks.

I repeat this until my work is done for the day.
