Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs.

Remember that good old classic Disney film, Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs?

Boy, was that good when I was a wee lad.

Not sure why I liked it, I guess as a kid you enjoy stories right?

Anyway, why am I talking to you about Snow White on an Entrepreneurial newsletter read?

Well, if you remember, there was a character in that filmed named “Sleepy”

If you have no idea who this is, then meet “Sleepy”

Sleepy was that dwarf that was always yawning and sleeping.

I mean the name kinda gives it away right?

Anyway, the reason I’m showing you this picture is because most Entrepreneurs try to build their business looking and feeling like this daily.

Why?

Because they feel they need to sacrifice their sleep in order to see results.

It’s so stupid!

They often jump on social media to brag about how they’re only working off a few hours sleep and posting #nosleepgang broooo.

Like get real.

Let me put this into perpspective.

If you had some key tasks and projects that required your upmost focus, attention, energy and creativity, you’re screwed.

You’ve already lost.

You’d lose even more if someone who genuinely had a solid sleep routine, got between 7-9 hours per night of good high quality rest, worked against you.

It’s not cool to lose sleep.

Sleep must be protected and treated as a super power.

There’s nothing wrong with waking up possibly 30-60 mins earlier than your usual wakeup time, but please, DO NOT just accept a few hours and expect to crush your day and especially your business.

Otherwise you may end up like grumpy.

Who’s grumpy you ask?

This miserable sod is grumpy.
