If you’ve built your business and reputation on telling people about INTERMITTENT FASTING, chances are you may be shaking in your boots.

After years of study on the fasting technique, American Heart Association just released their findings from following 20,000 patients.

And it’s not pretty. Those who cram their eating window into 8 hours each day are much more likely to die from heart disease.

But as you embark on your business journey, keep in mind that if you teach something that’s controversial… Your business can be wiped out just like that.

X (twitter) Isn’t Playing Around…

It’s no secret by now that Elon Musk is a hell of a business man. How he doesn’t win the “Businessman Of The Year” award every year is beyond me.

He’s of course known for bringing electric vehicles to the market at scale, launching people into space… But also buying the good ‘ole Twitter.

And wow is it flourishing… Not only did he remove the unnecessary spending in the company and added cool features, X now is giving advertisers the biggest return on ad spend vs “the other guys”… and by a mile.

Take a look at the stats below. If you’ve been playing with Facebook and Instagram ads like an old fart (yea I said it…) give X a try.

If you aren’t spending a lot of time there, maybe you should.

As Gary Vee once said, “pay attention or fall behind”. People are more and more opening their eyes to “word” content vs “picture and video” content.

It’s DIFFERENT… And it’s absolutely POPPIN’.

Some People Die At 25…

You know that guy who got his face all over the 100 dollar bill? Yeah, that guy…

His name is Benjamin Franklin, one of founding fathers of the United States.

One of his famous quotes is:

“Some people die at 25 and aren’t buried until 75.”

Think about that for a minute. Unless you are living the life of your dreams, this likely struck a chord.

Remember that dream you had when you were a young adult, 18-20 years old?

So many of us dream so big at that age, but then settle for something mundane… and slowly start dying.
