Most Expensive Gym In The World…

You get what you pay for, right?

A gym in Phoenix, Arizona sure thinks so.

While Planet Fitness gives away memberships in exchange for 1 Chipotle burrito, Exos in Phoenix charges a whopping $30,000 per year. That’s $2,500 a month.

Now before you roll your eyes… As an entrepreneur you need to be learning from everyone. They sell out the gym and here’s why:

• As a member of the gym, you get to mingle with other “elite” class. Build friendships, find business partners…etc.

• Top-notch facilities and the latest equipment

• Trainers and researches focused on each member at a time

• Your fitness journey is tracked by professionals, from nutrition plans, to sleep habits, to workout routines and so on.

That’s just an overview. There are many details that they absolutely excel at.

As a business owner, you need to think of your offers the same way. Are you the Planet Fitness? Or are you Exos?

There are more than enough people with big money to buy your product or service. But realize this… Rich will always buy expensive, poor will always buy cheap.

Give your product/service that Exos feel.

Investing In 2024…

Let’s talk about this.

2023 was kind of a weird year for a lot of people. Talks of recession talks, losing jobs, slow business, inflated prices…

People were literally scared to spend money, and rightfully so. Now that 2024 is upon us, we are filling a little more risky and are down to invest.

I don’t want to burst your bubble… But let’s not get crazy here. Although the market is hitting all time highs, everything is still VERY expensive. 

Guys like Warren Buffett will be first to tell you that there are 2 rules in investing.

Rule #1: Don’t lose money

Rule# 2: Don’t forget Rule #1

So where do you put your money in 2024? Because of unrest of this year’s elections and continued talks of recession, we need to be consvervative.

First, save. Open a High-Yield savings account with an online bank. Yes, I said online bank - that’s important. Online banks right now are offering a much better return if you keep the money in a savings account vs a traditional national bank.

Second, buy stocks that give a dividend. This is a long term play, don’t expect to get rich. But having money work for you and pay you out a dividend every quarter is great.

Third, crypto. This currency will be the future one day. We don’t know when, but it’s coming. Jump in now and wait it out. This is the riskier out of the 3, so don’t dump your whole piggybank in there.

There will be years where we can get a little more crazy with investments and really take some shots. For now… I’m doing the basics and getting modest returns.
