🥕 Here's my content schedule... ✍️
Hey ya’ll. Yesterday we talked about how to 10x your content, and today I have a 3 day schedule that you can closely follow.
🥕 Here’s My Content Schedule… ✍️
Just 3 days of schedule, as you’ll see can take up the whole email. So I’ll get straight into it.
This is a follow up on the series from this newsletter about an awesome strategy for X.
Here’s what I would post if I had an online fitness coaching business:
Monday 8am (Value Post)
I don't eat before a workout.
My body already has energy.
Fasting before a workout will unlock my energy reserve.
Let your body burn fat for fuel.
Monday 11am (Promotional Post)
Last night I did a deep-dive on pre-workout nutrition.
If you ever feel low energy, you'll want to read this.

Monday 2pm (Thread)
1/5 This needs to be said.
Pre-Workout meals are crazy overrated.
Here's why:
2/5 You've been fooled...
Believing you need a full-on feast before a workout.
The truth?
That's just slowing you down.
3/5 Picture yourself:
Stomach bulging, trying to run or lift.
Not pretty, not efficient.
It's about time we debunk this.
4/5 Quick bites.
A banana, a shake, a few nuts.
They will fuel you up.
You won't feel like a stuffed turkey.
5/5 Ditch the pre-workout meal drama.
Workouts should burn calories.
Not waste them on digestion.
Work smarter, not harder.
Tuesday 8am (Value Post)
Most arguments can be solved very easily.
Like, is it ok to have caffeine as a pre-workout.
Dude, just test it on yourself. The test is free.
If you feel more energized and don't have side effects...
Then clearly it does.
Tuesday 11am (Promotional Post)
There is a lot of talk about adding caffeine to your workout regimen.
Last week I broke down the myths on my YouTube channel.
You can find it here:

Tuesday 2pm (Video Post)
***here you can just riff a 30-60 video about caffeine consumption and how it relates to health
Wednesday 8am (Value Post)
Starting your fitness journey could be as simple as putting on your running shoes.
The rest will take care of itself, step by step.
If you think too far ahead, you'll be too afraid to get started.
Wednesday 11am (Promotional Post)
I share my fitness journey here...

1/7 If I were to start my fitness journey all over
Here are 6 things I would focus on first:
2/7 Get an accountability buddy to go with you to the gym.
Someone who has been going for a while.
This makes your first few weeks super laid back and easy.
3/7 Start drinking more water.
Because you are moving more now, the toxins need to be flushed out
1 gallon per day is the minimum.
You should want to go to the bathroom every 2 hours or so
4/7 Get enough sleep.
This may be the most important one.
Sleep is how you will recover.
Sleep will also help you be at your best when working out.
5/7 Portion control.
You don't need to go crazy counting calories in the beginning.
You already know that you overeat.
Instead of getting a second helping of something, limit yourself to 1.
6/7 Music.
Unless you hate music, it'll be your best friend at the gym.
To zone out and just focus on you is one of the best feelings.
Listen to whatever the hell you want! It's all about you.
7/7 Eat vegetables and fruits.
There are so many benefits in doing so.
How much of them should you eat?
2-3x the amount you currently are.
Please don’t judge me for the tweets 😃
I’m not a fitness coach, so take it with a grain of salt. I’m just trying to show you an example of an effective X strategy to get grow you following.
