🥕 My Go-To Business Model… 🫰

There are lots of ways to run a business and there are lots of ways to make money. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa.

But that won’t stop me from sharing my day-to-day in case someone out there in our beautiful universe wants to do a similar thing.

I call it the Solo-Agency. You still provide businesses and entrepreneurs services like websites, advertising, branding, content…etc… but you outsource most of it.

It’s a great way to run a business because:

  • There are definitely people who can do most tasks better than you. Instead of giving your client a decent experience (or website for example), you can give them a tremendous experience (or website).

  • This gives you a chance to not get bogged down with fulfilling work, and instead has you hunting for more clients.

  • You don’t have a team of employees, as you run all the transactions and are the Project Manager. Your team is your outsourced fulfillment team.

  • Because you connect the best providers/vendors with business owners (it would be a lot of trial and error for them to find them themselves), you get to charge a premium.

  • You get to put way more money in your pocket as a Solo-Agency because you don’t have payroll, insurances, PTOs and other business expenses that a typical agency would have.

I’m yet to find a better business model. I’m biased of course 😀
