🥕 Entrepreneur Hell Week... 🧨
Happy 4th Of July for those celebrating!
🥕 Entrepreneur Hell Week… 🧨
Sometimes you just simply need a kick in the ass. I’ve achieved great things and I still need to kick my own ass sometimes. It’s just how it is.
No one goes through life feeling motivated to run through walls every day. It’s impossible. But if you are real with yourself, you know that sometimes you need to look to other sources for motivation.
This could be a mentor of yours, achiever friends, that guy that told you that you will never be successful…etc.
Something that I’ve put myself through quite a bit over the years is Entrepreneur Hell Week. I got the idea from the Navy Seals who go through crazy week of training to see who can make it to the next round and who falls away. It separates the boys from the men.
I do something similar, except for not just physical performance, but mental as well.
EHW for me includes:
Top notch fitness
Super strict diet
Super strict sleep and wake up times
Allocated hours of work with ZERO distractions
Specific goals for the week THAT HAVE TO BE DONE. No excuses.
I will also mix in a couple smaller personal goals. When I need to kick my own ass, I schedule this week and I make incredible progress.
It worked so well for me over the years that we here at Wise Carrot have been putting something similar together for the past few months.
We want to open this concept up to other entrepreneurs of the world that need some accountability to move forward.
We aren’t launching it just yet, as we perfect it to be a powerhouse.
But stay tuned…
It may be the most epic thing you will do for yourself. There is nothing like a group of people pursuing something together and holding each other accountable.
