🥕 Entrepreneur Hell Week… 🤕

I’ve always been fascinated with US Seals and the endurance training they go through to be the best of the best.

If you haven’t seen it, look it up on YouTube. It’s hardcore stuff. They go through insane training and only a few make it all the way through.

There is no room for “fake it till you make it”.

The biggest reason they put these soldiers through it is not to build their endurance. It’s to find out who can outlast.

You see, that’s the skill and mindset that will matter most when you are on a battle field.

It’s no different in the business world. The toughest minded and those who keep going, survive.

I think entrepreneur hell week is a great concept. I haven’t really seen it done. Maybe we can be the first!

The idea is to set yourself up to have the most productive and strongest week you’ve had in your life. I know we deal with insane amount of distractions on a daily basis. But could we muster up the courage to have one week of absolute dominance?

Let’s say something like:

  • Daily wake up at 6am

  • Cold shower every morning

  • 1 mile run

  • Specific healthy eating for a full 7 days (no carbs, no sugar)

  • Phone on DND for 50 minutes each hour

  • Focused work on your computer (or however you do your business)

  • 3 walks

And whatever else you’d like to add to that. I’m just throwing ideas. All businesses are different.

It may look pretty straightforward on paper, but once you are in day 3-4, you’ll hit an absolute wall. The US Seals do too. It’s hard to break through it.

But that’s what it takes.
