🥕 I don't negotiate on this... 🫡

Hey look you made it to Friday. Did you have a solid week? It’s not too late to finish strong.

🥕 I Don’t Negotiate On This… 🫡

Being an entrepreneur is not easy. Owning a business is hard work. Lot’s of things you can’t control.

Because of this, I like to have some non-negotiables that I can control. These are very powerful. When you do them and have control of them, it’s like you have the upper hand during that time.

If you feel like your days are scattered, install some non-negotiables in your life. It’ll bring comfort and peace more than anything else.

Here are mine:

  1. I get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. Nothing will come in between that. Being in this game this long, I know that when I don’t get enough sleep, I can’t operate at 100% and EVERYTHING suffers.

  1. I absolutely do spend the first hour upon waking up on my phone. Judge me for it if you want, but that’s my peace and quiet. I’ll browse events, read something, check socials, emails…etc. You can choose what you want to do for the first hour of the day, but make it YOUR time.

  1. I will spend at least an hour outside daily, even if raining (with rain gear). I don’t listen to anything. It can be a combination of walking, running or just sitting/standing. Again, it’s my time to do something for myself.

  1. I check over all my current financials and update future ones based on how the day went… Every day. This keeps me in control of my money and lets me know which levers I need to push/pull.

The rest of my day can be chaos. But these 4, there is no negotiating.

I HAVE TO DO THEM DAILY. It gives me at least some control.

Random meme of the day:

Have a great weekend…
