🥕 How To Care Less… 🙄

There is an epidemic that doesn’t get talked about enough. It’s not life threatening but it’ll still destroy your life.

It’s caring too much about the things out of your control.

Most of those things don’t move the needle in your life. Yet we let it affect us so much.

Here are ways that I care less:

• Not comparing my life to someone else’s

You see the dude on IG living it up in Monaco driving around a Lambo and you go oh man… what I am doing wrong!!! Let’s get something straight.

The dude you see in Monaco could of grown up in a rich family full of entrepreneurs (always easier), he could of been in the right circles at the right time, and you don’t know what issues he ACTUALLY has in his life (that you might not anything to do with).

• Caring about something way more

Instead of caring about shit you can’t control, how about we double-care about things that make a big difference in our lives? Like your mental/physical health… How you feel when you go to bed and wake up in the morning…. That awesome hobby of yours that you absolutely love to do.

• The only person that matters is you

At the end of your life, the only person that you will care about is yourself. How you made yourself feel with stress or happiness. How you made others feel. Things you accomplished.

• Realize that someone actually looks up to you

Crazy right? But it’s true. There is always someone who’s got it worse than you. They would love to have your life and personality. Your life always could be a lot worse. So at least for their sake, can you straighten up a bit and keep them inspired?
