🥕 Apple gives up... 🍎

Hey ya’ll. We are living in an interesting time.

I love writing about this stuff!

Here’s the 3 min stack for today:

  • 🤑 $33,000/Week With Cards

  • 🍎 Apple Gives Up

  • 🧠 Quote Of The Day

$33,000/Week With Cards…

This one is all about seeing opportunity and creating something that the marketplace is missing.

Jenny Woo, a management consultant, realized that children don’t have a lot of simple games that work on emotional intelligence. So she created one.

It started with a simple 52 card deck, kind of like little mini cheat sheets.

She got the idea from watching children learn a new language with flash cards. The decks now all have themes like “Critical Thinking”, “Gratitude Attitude”, “Social Skills” and others.

When she launched on Amazon, it became an instant hit. She now works to release a brand new deck every 6 weeks or so and generates over $33,000 in sales weekly.

It’s one of those things that you go… hmmm why didn’t I think of that!

Often times you can make a lot of money with the simplest of ideas - executed well.

Apple Gives Up…

You might of not even known this. Were you aware that Apple was working on an electric car for the past 10 years?

Well… They are pulling the plug on it and realizing they can’t compete in that market. Ouch! They are laying off a massive team because of this.

Now they have set their sights on ROBOTS. They are in a hurry to create the first ever fully automated robot to as they put “help around the house”.

What that looks like… We don’t know.

But Apple has been long looking for a way to create new revenue. With the Apple Vision Pro having mixed reviews, they are looking for the next big thing.

We’ll see what happens! I love when technology companies compete. That means we as the consumer are the beneficiary of amazing products.

Quote Of The Day…

Speaking of Apple, one of my favorite all-time quotes is from Steve Jobs. I’ll leave you with it here:

"Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

Make today count.
