🥕 My Advertising Framework… 💸

Making organic content and engaging 100 times a day is great.

But paying for attention is will always get you results faster.

Think of advertising is paid “organic content”. The best ads out there are just regular content with a few bucks behind it.

The moment it feels like a sales pitch, people tune it out and keep scrolling.

Here’s my framework after 15 years in the advertising space.

1. As I said above, the content strategy shouldn’t change just because you are thinking about advertising. The best ads are the ones that look natural, as if you saw a post from a friend.

2. You’ll quickly realize that 9 out of 10 ads will flop. Especially now with how competitive advertising is. Most people put 1 or 2 ads out, spend $100, get nothing in return and say nah I’m going back to just doing organic. Patience and determination will be your best friends here. There is nothing like having an ad finally hit. It’s an amazing feeling and your business changes forever. It’s well worth it.

3. To get the most of your ads, use this Facebook framework. Post 3-5 content ads right away ($5/day each). This will depend on your budget. Content ads are just you doing a video and solving your ideal clients most burning issue (5-7 min video). This could be relieving stress, losing weight, running first ad…etc. Use Video Views campaign.

4. Create the best lead magnet you can (use Gamma) and mention it in the videos. Have people comment to get it. If you don’t have a single comment after 7 days, the lead magnet isn’t valuable enough in their eyes. Do better. Don’t be afraid to give away your best stuff .

5. After a week of running the videos, create quick 2-3 quick 60 second videos talking just about the lead magnet and again ask them to comment to get it. Some of these videos can also offer a free audit or evaluation. Run these videos targeting people who have watched at least 25% of your first 3-5 videos. I’m not going into super detail here because it would be a very, very long newsletter. If you have questions, just reach out!

6. The videos that aren’t performing, cut after 7 days and post new ones. Do this until you have a winner. When you do, you can slowly scale that one to 10-20-50-100 bucks a day and so on. It’ll be a cash cow.

Again, there are lots of small things I can go into here to make this strategy even better, but this is just the overview of the process we use daily.
