$500K/Year Using Just Excel…

You may have read that and went…huh?? Excel? That boring ass, super confusing spreadsheet software that I want nothing to do with?

Sometimes the best money is in the strangest of places.

Take for example, Adam Hoeksema. Years ago when he felt the same way about Excel and how much effort it takes just to put one spreadsheet together, he realized that he’s not alone… And made a business out of it.

Simply put, he makes really easy to use financial models and sells them as custom sheets for Excel. THAT’S IT!!

His business ProjectionHub now generates over $500k/year with practically no overhead or expenses. The spreadsheets and models are already made, and business owners all over the world are buying them like hotcakes.

Is there something that you struggle with or hate dealing with on a daily basis? There could be a business opportunity there…

Cereal For Dinner??…

If you live in United States, maybe think twice about it.

Kellogg’s just got into some hot water with the Froot Loops.

While other countries outlaw the use of bad ingredients that have shown to cause cancer and other diseases, the USA proudly shows them off in grocery isles (see picture below).

Now the question is… Who is more at fault here?

Is it United States with their terrible food regulations?

Or is it Kellogg’s taking advantage of the bad policies? Cuz they definitely can sell the “healthier” loops if they wanted to.

I’d love to hear your opinion on this and do read all the replies.

Are You A Time Billionaire?…

I love sharing stuff that I find interesting and fascinating. And the concept of Time Billionaire is both of those. I’ll link a great article on this below, but in short:

Time is our most precious asset. There is nothing like it.

When you are young, you are a Time Billionaire because you have an abundance of time left (if we take away the possibility of a tragic event).

Unfortunately many of us start realizing the Time factor until it’s already leaving us, or behind us.

Treat it as the ultimate currency that you have. You can never get it back.
