đĽ The 4 hour workday... đ¸

The 4 Hour Workday⌠đ¸
There are some juicy principles we need to cover, so Iâm going to go straight to the point.
Itâs no secret that if you want your online business to grow, you need to work on it.
We donât work in the coal mines. If you did, you wouldnât have many distractions, itâs just labor. In the digital world, distractions are everywhere.
So first, if you are going to set aside 4 hours, make it so there are literally ZERO interruptions. Otherwise you are already doomed.
Now in order for you to be laser focused during the 4 hours, you need to work in time blocks. One task for each time block.
Below youâll find a great schedule you can follow, for maximum impact.
We are going to pretend that you are working on this from 8am to 12pm. You can change the times to suit your schedule.
8-8:30am Working on your training/coaching program (the thing you are giving when someone pays for your service). This could be modules, training videos, PDFsâŚetc.
8:30-9am Working on your Lead Magnets. Every great online coach or service provider needs to have 7-10 solid magnets. These have to be of high quality. You should feel bad about giving these away for free, thatâs how good they have to be (hey that rhymed!)
9-10am Prospecting. An hour needs to be spent on mixing it up with your followers and finding new connections. I absolutely love X for this as you can make connections very fast and send messages to get to know them. Comment, reply, DM, engage.
10-11am Create new content. Content is the lifeblood of any marketing strategy. This is your chance, without distractions to create as many ideas and content as possible. Quality over quantity of course. Anytime you see great content and think to yourself âman I wish I thought of thatâ, bookmark it. Youâll have a library of inspiration that you can âcopyâ and make your own.
11-11:30am Advertising. If you are running ads (I hope you are), this is your time to check on them, look at the metrics, cut whatâs not performing and create new ones. Even a $5-$10/day budget can get you prospects in your pipeline. The name of the game here is to try lots of different ads. You never know which one will pop (trust me).
11:30am-12pm Make new paid products. Just like Lead Magnets, you need to have at least 1-2 paid products under $100. They need to be valuable digital products that solves a quick problem for your prospect. Think meal plans, site designs, copy/paste thingsâŚetc.
There you have it. If you do this daily for the next few weeks⌠you will see a tremendous change in your business and your sales pipeline.
I hope you noticed that most of these tasks has you working on marketing/advertising instead of your trainings and courses. Thatâs on purpose đ
