1. Be Incompetent

Most people hire people and then do their work.

If you want to be rich, you need to be incompetent because you can’t go around doing all of the jobs that you just aren’t that good at.

You should have a few key areas that you really excel in and then you should delegate the rest to those who have that expertise.

If you had a Chef leave your kitchen, you wouldn’t just jump in there trying to do everything the Chef does, you’d find another Chef right?

Build your business with the grand prize of selling it as then you’ll truly build a machine that works the machine, not you.

2. Be Patient With Results, But Not Patient With Action.

Now something I always tell our clients is to be “Aggressively Patient” which for me means that you should be patient and know that building your empire will take years BUT do NOT sit back and do jack shit. Get up, and take massive action over a sustained period length of time.

You want to work long enough and smart enough for it to be unreasonable you don’t see the levels of success you desire most.

The man who loves walking, will walk further than the man that loves the destination.

3. Protect Your Reputation.

In life, and especially in business, it can take years to build up a credible reputation but seconds to destroy it, so no matter what, you must protect your reputation at all costs.

Always seek improvement with yourself and your business because if you take your foot off the pedal, someone else will over take you and if you truly care more about your clients than your competition, they’re the ones who are going to win the business because they didn’t take their foot off the pedal.

Reputation gives you a ton of credibility, leverage and trust with your ideal clients, so like I said, work hard to get it but work harder to keep it.
